One-on-One Series Volume 3 P90X MC2 Core Synergistics Ab Workout

Today’s workout is from the One-on-One Series, Tony Horton, MC2 Core Synergistics. I previewed it — I am a little nervous. Let’s see how it goes.

That was Tony Horton’s One-on-One MC2 Core Synergistics Volume 3.

I have been doing the 1-on-1 workout since Tony started them three volumes ago and each month you get a different workout, which is great to add to your library.  It is about twenty bucks a workout. Of course you can get them cheaper — if you are a Club Member, you get 10% off.  If you are a Coach you get 25% off everything. So if you are looking at doing programs, you might as well become a coach and save yourself the cash.
There are some props.  Stability ball or Squishy Ball or Medicine Ball or Basketball
It’s great if you have them.  Don’t skip it if you do not have them.  You can do it with nothing. You can do it with a weight.  Don’t skip it.
