Ugh. I didn’t know what else to title this other than Eating Disorders. Why? As I think I have an eating disorder of sorts and am working through it. The other day Gregg gingerly asked me if I was willing to reach out seek help for anorexia.
You can do anything for 1 minute right? This is what is amazing about this particular program. Autumn created this workout to literally work you but keep your body guessing. T he actual workout consists of 4 rounds with 2 different movements in each round that you perform for a minute each with a 20 second break in between and then repeat. THE 20 MINUTE BREAK IS AMAZING
You’re doing 8 different movements in this workout. Sounds simple… and it is. No crazy movements… just crazy muscle working!! She starts you off busting your butt from the very beginning. You need a set of weights and a mat if you’re on a hard surface because the fourth round is actually focused on the abs so you will be on your back.
Wow! Even though it is only thirty minutes but sure gets it done! I am down pounds and inches and it has only been one week. Portion control, regular exercise and good food are making great gains with my body.

I love fight songs. It started back in high school where we would sing loud and proud to “We Will Rock You” at football games. We’d stomp our feet, clap our hands, and sing the fight song with every piece of energy we had. We bonded. We united. We became “us” in the land of us against them. Fight songs rule. The players on the field would hear the crowds roaring in encouragement and feed off the energy and fight for the final goal. Fight for the win.

My peer Coach, Melissa, had the awesome opportunity to be in a T25 test group, which is a new program by the creator/trainer of Insanity Shaun T. Ultimate Reset Day 3 and I’m down a belt notch! WOOOO HOOOOO!!!! GIDDY UP! I’ll take giving up caffeine and take on making myself eat for those results. How cool is THAT? I’ve no clue if I’ve lost a pound but…does it really matter if the scale moved when my belt notch is moving? Do I give a flying flip what my scale says when I feel great about whittling my middle? Heck no! Clearly, my body is clearly heading further down the path of Ultimate Reset as the aches and pains have settled in as well as my belly flattening out. The aches and pains are the toxins making some noise on their way out of my body but I expected it so I’m okay with it (for the most part).
Energy and Brain Function
Good news! My energy level is naturally rising and my brain cloud is dissipating. Now, this will have an ebb and flow to it and there will be great days and not so great days but today is a good day.
Water, Water, and More Water
Yup. I’m still holding strong at 160-200 ounces of distilled water seasoned with Himalayan Sea Salt daily. Why am I drinking my water this way? It’s in the rules. Duh.
