21 Day Fix | Day 8 Doing it Together
Trying something different this week. Gregg and I are doing our Youtube Videos together to see if we can serve you better.
Today is the first day of Week 2 of the 21 Day Fix and I’ve been mostly successful following the food plan–the group as a whole is rocking it. Yesterday, Gregg noticed that I am slimming on my sides which is important for me. Gregg has lost 6 lbs in a week and can fit in a pair of jeans he couldn’t last week. We did have a few cheat meals and cheat drinks but it is what it is; sometimes, that happens. The important thing to remember is you have to keep going and get back on track. It is unrealistic for you to be completely perfect and sometimes life happens.
Embrace It…Refocus…Get Work Done!
Today is Total Body Circuit and well let’s just say it’s a little bit of hell wrapped into 30 minutes. It was an awesome workout though 🙂
Here is the thing to remember…we both have both been where you are. We have both battled the battled and walked this journey. We have gotten down to sub temp body fat and now where we are at above our comfort level. Now, working back down to our goal weight.
I say all that to tell you that it’s okay to start where you are. Work at it and keep going!
