Upside: You do not have to get it done at a certain time

Downside: Making sure you press play.

Today was a day off and it’s almost 5pm and you guess it…I have not worked out yet. It’s at the point: You either do it or not!

Body Beast JOURNAL! Growth is more than only muscular

I went to login in my workout in WOWY gym hoping to see a rest day coming up. We have been working out for 5 days in a row…a rest day must be coming right? WRONG! This week, we work out 7 days in a row.

So instead of whining about it, I am going to suck it up! Today is Bulk Back!

I have mentioned workout sheets before…but today it seemed like they were more of curse. Looking at my workout sheets, I knew I had to elevate my weights. I did not want to but I made myself.

So glad I keep track of things like this because today I found myself being able to get through a set.

Body Beast Get your workout in!!!! Even if it’s hard

Evening Workout…blah…because of hitting the snooze button 16 times.

Today is Body Beast Build Chest and Tri’s. We have only done this workout twice. I love how we can go back and mix up the workouts.

These workouts are intense but I LOVE IT! One of the things I did different today flexing the muscle while lifting. It helps with giving a deeper growth. I learned this tip from my Body Beast Challenge group on Facebook.

Since starting Body Beast two weeks ago, I am down another inch in my waist. This is part of the Shred section, so this is a good thing!

Body Beast Legs What do you use to motivate you?

Body Beast Bulk Legs are on tap today. It’s going to be interesting. I worked out last night with Body Beast and now in the morning with Body Beast. On top of that, tonight is fit club where we will work out Insanity and then tomorrow morning to Beast.

So with saying that…my nutrition must be on point today. Normally, I burn 2100 calories. Today though I will probably burn around 2600 calories. What does that mean-I need to make sure I am fueling my body so I don’t crash. For something so natural as food-it’s so complicated!

Thoughts on Bulk Legs: Most people struggle with Legs. I like to work legs because of the way the legs look in heels and skirts. It’s my motivation…I think about what I am going to look like eventually. What is your motivation with working out?

Body Beast Waistline is Slimming!

It’s Wednesday which means it’s the day after Two Work Out Tuesday!

Today’s workout is Body Beast Shoulders. It’s shorter but more intense. We are going to hammer the shoulders which I am excited about. Why? It’s the part of my body that does not hurt which will change after the workout.

I upped my weights during the workout. It’s the last day of this particular workout.

I am noticing my waistline is slimming despite the scale not changing. As long as the waist line is slimming, I don’t care what the scale says.

I have to keep going with the nutrition-it’s my weak spot.

Insanity Asylum Strength Muscle Burns Fat!

Asylum Strength is on deck for today’s workout. Considering I just finished Body Beast, this workout should be relatively easy.

Muscles. Burns. Fat. Did you get that? The more muscle you have, the harder your body must work to do normal things. Which is why I am a sweaty mess right now after doing Asylum Strength!
