Q: Why did you become a coach?

A: In my situation, I was a club member (10% off of products and programs) for 4 years before I became a coach. For me, it was not about the additional discount. It was about helping other people change their lives. It was about offering hope. It was about personal growth and development and giving myself an opportunity to improve my own life as well as others. Some generalities (in no way to be interpreted that this is what will happen to you, no promises, no guarantees–but it offers support as to why I made the choice to become part of a company that spends MILLIONS of dollars in advertising so I do not have to):

Q: How much does it cost to become a coach?

A: There is an initial $39.95 fee and then a monthly charge of $15.95 for 3 websites, your back office and an entire portal created by Success Magazine. The back office is a website that Beachbody provides for you that keeps track of your sales, team sales, customers, commissions, as well as some training, sales tools, and much more.

Q: How much time do I have to dedicate in order to be a coach?

A: The amount of time you spend is completely up to you and is flexible based on your life. This is your business and you need to run it the way you see most appropriate. I have a full-time job outside of the home, my Beachbody business, and two young children. I work Beachbody anywhere from 5 – 15 hours a week.

Q: Is the Beachbody Coaching Opportunity a scam? A pyramid scheme?

A:  No, the Beachbody Coaching Opportunity is not a scam or a pyramid. Beachbody prides itself on its A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau. Feel free to poke around and do some investigating on your own. I’m confident you will find Beachbody to be reputable and a company you would be proud to be part of.

Q: What are some of the benefits of becoming an Independent Beachbody Coach?

Q: Do I have to have a great transformation when becoming a coach for beachbody?

A: Heck no! You do have to have a passion for helping others and the desire to succeed. The earlier you start your business, the better. Your passion and your enthusiasm will help solidify your business–not your waistline. Some of the top earners in this company got started as a coach when they still had their “before” body–not their “after” body. You can, too!

Q: What if I’m not very knowledgeable about fitness?

A: You don’t have to be a fitness expert to be a coach. In fact, it’s almost better if you’re not. You do not need to know the ins and outs of nutrition, fitness, or the business. Beachbody offers fantastic third party tools that you can email to people to answer questions. You do not have to speak to crowds of people–just email a link or send them to your free website. Like I said, sharing your enthusiasm and your passion are the best ways to grow a business.

Q: Will I get the proper training?

A: Our tesm has SwarmTraining.com, which you will need to understand at some point after you sign up to coach.I will help guide you through becoming a coach for beachbody. There are many regional events that are free (or nearly free) for coaches to attend. You are joining a team–you will not be left out to muddle your way through and I will help you in any way I can. I will work with you based on your goals. You want to make a lot of money and change a lot of lives right away? We will spend a lot of time together. You want to gradually work into it? We will work at your pace.

Q: Is the Coaching Opportunity open to anyone outside the US?

A: Currently, the Coaching Business is not available to anyone outside the US. However, Beachbody just opened a version of the coaching opportunity to our first of many countries; Canada. This is exciting news! Beachbody is committed to taking advantage of the global marketplace and is offering each of us an opportunity to make an income form that opportunity.
