Body Beast Cardio Abs Carbs& Hot Temps
It’s in the middle of the summer and it’s hot! Make sure you do the following things during hot temperatures:
1. Drink enough water
2. Fuel up with food
3. Work out during the morning or evening because temperatures are at it’s lowest.
Today’s workout is Body Beast Cardio Abs!
This was the second time doing this program but first time using weights. My form was not correct earlier this week and I messed up my back. So I had to do some modifications.
The coolest thing I have noticed is my metabolism is kicking up. At the same time I need shift my frame of thinking from focusing so much on protein and focus more on my carbs.
