Hello, Old Friend

It’s been a long minute since I’ve checked in and, while I’d love to fill you in on everything that’s happened, let’s suffice it to say that I’m the happiest with myself that I’ve ever been. My goal in my return? To share my journey with you in hopes that it bolsters your confidence that you can change, too.

Hello, old friend. This hello is meant as much for you as it is for me. I had really grown to miss me and am now realizing how much I miss you, too. You may have been with me since the beginning four score and twenty years ago or this might be your fist exposure to me. Regardless, hello, old friend. It’s good to see you again.

I took my first solo trip in 2023 and visited North Myrtle Beach and went horseback on a beach while there. Why? Cuz I hadn’t done it before and it sounded therapeutic. Friend, it was. I’ll share that trip in a separate post as this post is simply to say … hello.

And I’ve missed you almost as much as I’ve missed me. Welcome back to both of us.
